This service, we believe, is very much unique to Forturo. Around 400,000 New Zealanders change their jobs each year. The reasons range from better pay and conditions to moving to different parts of the country, from being head hunted to avoiding unpleasant situations - the reasons are endless. If you had your time over again would you follow the same career path? Or if you knew then what you know now would you chose something else. We know that many people would love the opportunity to work in the design industry, we realise this and understand this so have decided to do something about it. From time to time and depending on the persons we will let you shadow one of our staff members for a period of time. You will do, see and experience the job at first hand at every level; you will get real hands on experience of what the job entails. What you do with this experience is up to you. You may decide to pursue a career in design, you may decide it's not for you - it may even lead to full or part time employment.
